These are the first pictures from my
Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar f:2.8/50 mm Vorwahlspringblende [Exakta mount]
lens, mounted on the trusty E-PL1.

As usual, I've shot two pictures of approximately the same thing, one wide open, and one at half past f:5.6. I'm sorry about the shortage of distance shots, but with infinity at about seven to eight meters on the lens distance scale, and sunshine, with no EVF, I'm really struggling with focusing.

Sooner or later, I'll have to do some adjustments on this adapter.

Anyway, enough with the whining already!

All pictures are straight out of the camera. Only the frames added in, you guessed it, Snapseed.

First impressions: This is almost boring, but I've yet to find a Tessar that ain't a sweet lens!
