I sold an item in the Classifieds and now I want to mark the thread as [Completed], but the "Thread Tools" button is not available. How can I otherwise close the thread or Complete it?

Still not working Amin. i have a thread going and tried for you but there was not an option to complete it.

  6. I don't know what it could be. I just registered as a new member, and it's working for me.

I could PM you my login info and you can try to edit the thread in the FS section...so you can see what its doing

That would be very helpful, thanks.

If anyone is able/not able to do this, please reply so we have more info. I did change some settings yesterday, so I'm hoping it will work now.

I did this last night no problems. Went to advanced edit and edited the title to "completed". Not sure if there's another way to do it ?

That's not the right way to do it - it doesn't close the thread.

The way to do it is click on "Thread Tools" and then click on "Mark Transaction as Completed" in the dropdown menu.

If you can't find find "Thread Tools" while viewing your thread, hit Control-F on your keyboard (Command-F on a Mac) and start to type "Thread Tools", which will highlight it for you.
