Just wondering if any have tried to use the canon conversion lens TC on a m4/3 lens like the panny 45-200 or or oly 14-150mm lens.

I have tried the canon 500D close up conversion lens with the panny 45-200. And got very good results for handheld macro and tripod work. It retained a ton of detail and sharpness. A nice 50-100 dollar add on for casual close up work depending on thread size.

So I was wondering if the canon TC would have high quality result as it is does use higher grade glass like the 500D lens. Compare to the cheaper conversion lenses TC's for 1/2 the price.

At 1.5x the 600mm reach seems interesting with the 45-200 and 900mm with the 100-300 when it comes out. So with contrast base AF, the F8 limit is not as important for proper AF function compare to phase detect. Any insight would be welcomed.
