The EOS RP is a camera and as a camera, it gives the photographer a tool to create pictures. Are you implying that a technologically advanced Sony A7iii will "guarantee" a photographer winning pictures? No technologically advanced camera will guarantee anyone any winning photos. That's the job of the photographer. If the photographer wants full frame and can't stretch his or her budget to get the A7iii or the Nikon Z6, but can with the RP and use existing EF and EF-S lenses, then why would that be a technological failure? Take a look at clarkvision.com, because this guy uses both technologically inferior cameras and yet he was able to produce fantastic professional photos with his lowly Canon 6D and 7D mk ii; considered to be inferior to the newer Sony and Nikons.
Two are not mutually exclusive?!?
I think there is a very strong disconnect with some photographers who think that one must own a very superior camera in order to be considered a real photographer. Which reminded me of a running coach I used to train one time that he would ONLY consider a true runner who runs a 35min 10k or a 2 1/2 hr marathon as a real runner. So what happens to those who run marathons for 4 hours or 1 hr on a 10km run?!? Slobs or a joke?
