A visitor to my garden...

Slowly I am working through my FD lenses, the 135mm 2.5 is one great lens. I think I like it more with the EP=2 than I did with the F1 and FTb film cameras!

Testing my "new" Canon 135 f/2.5

Just bought a nice used copy of this lens from B&H for $89. Looking forward to testing it out more but so far I really like the image quality I am getting with it on my EPL-1.

I just got one of these today--it was $45 on eBay. I'm really having to work to keep it steady--the equivalent of a 270mm/2.5 is great, but it's going to take some work. I don't have any worthwhile pictures yet, but here are two 100% crops: f/2.5 and f/8.

Canon legacy FD lenses use FD to M43 adapters. You can find them on Amazon or eBay.

What and how can I do this and does it affect the quality of the picture?

I'm referring to the lenses on my eyeglasses, which turn dark in sunlight, making it very difficult to see the LCD.

I've since bought the VF-2 viewfinder, which makes focusing a lot easier in sunlight.

Hey guys and gals. I took this image last week here in Dublin, Ireland with my G2 and an old 135mm fd lens. It's been cropped and processed maybe a little too much. Hope you like it.
Edit! I've just added a few more images taken in Phoenix Park, Dublin. The second last image could have been a 28mm fd

This lens is now one of my absolute favorites. It is sure sharp enough for my use. Pic is about F/4

Great lens!
Unfortunately my copy is broken, seriously decentered, so it works almost like tilt-shift lens and I cannot obtain infinity focus. Because of that I don't use it too much but even with this handicap it's beautiful lens sharp from wide open.
Only real drawback are older anti-reflective coatings but if one isn't shooting directly to the lights it's without problems and contrast is pretty good.
All images were taken with E-M10II and Camdiox focal reducer.
First two images are at f/2.5 (f/1.8) and third one is at f/5.6 (f/4).
