Canon 10 and Lumix G1 end up into one photo

Discussion in 'Street, Documentary, and Portrait' started by StudioHeraBell, Apr 10, 2011.

  1. Paris scene was shot with my old Canon 10D many moons ago at dusk. The model was shot this past winter with a Lumix G1 in my studio in front of a white background.

I find it is harder to cut out my subjects from white bk compared to black bk's. I guess reflections of the backgrounds and colors on the edges play a key role in this type of work. Usually I erase the bk. I never use masks. Yup, I am very archaic when it comes to PS work. I use PS like an old wet darkroom rat.
