My E-P3 seems to not care where the AF point is when doing matrix or spot metering calculations. Am I missing something? Is there any way to smarten it up? My old Nikon's matrix meter biased around the AF point and spot was centered around the AF point. Would love to have something like that. Is it any better on the newer bodies?
I miss how my old Nikon's spot metering followed my AF point as well, but on Olympus bodies, metering doesn't follow your AF point. I've gotten used to managing that with AEL and exposure compensation.
