I have a GX1 and lately i have this problem:

sometimes the camera freezes or i got a black screen and i can't do anything, buttons doesn't work and i can't turn off the camera.
the only way to get it back is taking off the battery to "turn off" the camera.
Happens usually when i try to turn off the camera, or push the playback button.

anybody who has the same problem? what can be the cause?. battery? Card? ...camera body? (hope not)

It's probably the card. Try reformatting, or get a new card if that doesn't work.

A few days ago I had a similar thing happen to my G1. As it is now five and a bit years old I thought it might have something to do with ageing. The camera would not switch off, so like you, I removed the battery. It worked perfectly after I replaced it. Might well be the new card that I started using about three weeks ago.
