What editor were you using to process your image? I like it a lot except that *I* think the skies are overly dark and that light band that follows the profile of the roof is annoying. It makes me want to open up the raw file and work on it. ;-)
It's about time. I'm so sick of bokeh insanity.
Haven't watched the vid but I agre with @exakta . If your composition is fine and your subject matter is interesting, aperture ok, then the background should not distract IMHO............................(disclaimer) posted by someone who has an aversion to paying mega bucks for fast lenses based purely on their supposed bokeh benefits...................fast lenses (in my book) are for low light and not (primarily) for bokeh...................What bokeh??
