got a G3 yesterday, and while i'd tried it repeatedly in stores, there were a couple things i hadn't noticed before. first is that my right thumb rests on the buttons on the back of the camera when i hold it, but it doesn't press them so no big thing. second is the way i hold the camera, i block the auto focus assist light.

a couple people have said i'll get used to it, but i'm not so sure. i have wrist problems, so not too flexible, and with larger lenses, i prefer holding the lens. still, i like the camera.

have other G3 owners here found that they easily got used to holding the camera differently to keep from blocking the light?
