Birds and a sunset from the A33

The Tamron 18-250 is not that sharp even when stepped down, but it's good enough.:rolleyes: The birds pictured are a crested caracara also known as a Mexican eagle and some sort of hawk. Then some domestic ducks and a curious turkey buzzard. The buzzard is not pretty up close but is pretty and graceful when soaring as it has at least a five foot wing span.

Hey All,

Still a good looking system.

I see the Sony A55v is $549.99 at Broadway Photo in latest issue of Outdoor Photographer - includes kit lens. If you want the same sensor as is in the Pentax K5 and Nikon D7000 for cheap in a micro4/3rds size body - this is it. I'm sure thinking about it!
