I like the low point of view and depth. It appears the scene was backlit and could have used a bit of + exposure compensation to increase exposure on the bikes (foreground). Thanks for sharing.
Low perspective and brick lines leads the eye into the scene and to the bikes on both sides nicely. Bringing the contrasting row of bricks to the left lower corner of the frame leads the eye nicely too. B&W processing seems right for this sort of shot. I like this shot.

The bikes in Amsterdam are part of the scenery everywhere. It is a wonderful place to visit and riding a bike while there is a must if you want to really enjoy the city.
