Hi all, I'm not quite sure when this happened, but last week when I tried to put a flash on my hotshoe, it wouldn't go on without applying a great deal of force. It is bent ever so slightly downwards, and I am not sure whether the best plan is just to bend it back with a pair of pliers or what. Any ideas?

I have had this happen on other cameras. Usually a flat-bladed screwdriver works best to gently pry the damaged area. Be careful, the hotshoe is somewhat delicate. Good luck!
