I love the ending, with the beaver walking down the trail behind the walkers.

He was interested in the lens you were testing... until he realized he already has one back at the dam.

I was going to comment on that.. Here's the proof Man tries to take photo of beaver; it kills him ... This beaver looked as if he didn't have a care in the world, O.P also had a dog with him so that's always a good thing.

Ive learned from a guy on a swedish forum that this time of the year the two year old beavers are kicked out from their families.
They then start searching for a place to call home. When they are searching they are verry focused and dont really care about people.

Ive seen him three days in a row and yesterday he made the headlines in the news paper as he wandered through town with a police escort.

Im pretty sure they wont allow him to build a home where ive seen him because it is in the middle of the Town and he would probably start chopping down the park trees.
So he will probably be relocated or... You know....
I hope they just move him.

When a beaver is in it's prime it's best to give them a wide aperture and reduce your exposure to them. As their teeth are sharp, right into the corners. And like us, they don't like a lot of noise in large flat areas. But they do like a lot of saturation in the shadows or when kept in a Pen.
