Where do people get their hands on the braided straps from Barton? Their website seems very minimal and most items are unavailable. Do they have specific times when they restock their items?

I checked and they do have the "Braided Style - Chrome" in stock. I've use a braided xl for a couple of years as an over-the-neck-and-shoulder strap which I can easily wrap around my right hand for extra support when needed. It's held up to everything including wet summers and mountainous winters.

If the slightly shorter (105 cm vs. 125 cm) length works for you, I'd encourage you to bite, as it's far away the best strap I've ever used. I've bought 2 braided xl's and a "fatty standard" for my daughter. They each arrived within ten days of the order.

I bet they would answer an email question fairly quickly.
