Bad news - they tried to deliver my new Panasonic GH1 yesterday - next door!!

Good news - they re-delivered it today.

Bad news - need a charged battery.

Good news - I have a spare!!

Bad news - the spare is flat - I forgot to recharge it.

Good news - the GH1 includes an AC adapter that fits in the battery slot so I can set up the camera.

Bad news - can't take photos outside - tied to a power point.

Good news - the battery is charged now.

Bad news - its dark outside. :dash2:

Good news - the inside photos look good, the camera seems slicker than the G1 and tomorrow is another day. :bravo-009:

Bad News -- while you're running the camera off the plug, you can't charge the battery!

Let's see what it does today.

Best News - You'll have the camera long enough for all of this good and bad news to become background noise!

Slow down, take a Coke, drink in one shot, penetrate the metal sheet and - Voiiá a pinhole cam is in your hands......
  6. Streetshooter,
I think I know exactly what your problem is:
    You've been overusing that 20/f1.7 !
Since it's scarcely bigger than the body cap, it's easy to forget it's not mounted.

Funny but entirely true. I used the Pen2 last night and forgot to change the lens.... Anyway, it was fun to have a camera all day without a lens......and besides, no processing time..... Sometimes I'm soooo stupid...this was one of those times.....
