    How interesting, and how wonderful, that Olympus have followed Panasonic's lead and opted for a fully-articulated rear screen on their new E-M5 II. They have even offered us a slightly more ergonomic grip. Nearly there !

    Maybe I'll retire my trusty Panasonic DMC-G1 in a year or so.

    The fully-articulated rear screen is a very nice feature. The screens that were on my Canon point and shoot "G" series cameras could be swiveled 180 degrees and close to protect the screen while carrying. Does the Oly do this also?

    bad and good. i like on gh4 that the screen can be folded into protect itself.

    but since 90% of the time i just use it for an uptilt , without any need for selfie.

    being side articulated means its 1 extra step and extra volume outside the camera body to get what i need

    Yes. It swivels through 180 and fold away - just like the screen on my old G1. Take a look at the "Shooter's Report" on
