We'll I'm back, I had a Olympus e-pl1 before and went back to a nikon d3100 then a Canon 40d then finally a Nikon d300. After not picking it up for 7 months because of the weight, not easy to use and just a pain in general I sold it and bought a Panasonic GF-3. Mostly for the simplicity and form, the sizing and ease of use. My wife would sometimes try to use the nikon and it was always a pain to shoot anything so I think this is a better fit.

I was torn between the gfk3 and the epl2 I hope I made the right decision.

Hopefully will be posting some pictures soon.

Any others with the gf-3 that can post some samples, I've found a few on dpreviews but would like some more.

It's a nice camera, it was my first and I think it is one of the most comfortable to carry.

Flickr has a lot of great pictures:

Here are a couple of my own:

GF3 is a fun camera to shoot and the IQ is good if you shoot raw. JPEGs on the other hand will disappoint compared to your EPL1.

I'm used to shooting raw, the d300 was a monster camera that for some reason was easier to use in manaul setting than auto.

    Wow, madogvelkor those are sharp!

I really like this body. Personally I find the controls, build and looks to be extremely elegant for such a low price. Pair it with a good, compact prime (I have the 14mm, but I'd favor the new 20mm or 17mm) and you'll be delighted. I also carry the 45mm in my other pocket when I use a coat.
