Well, as of 5:30 Pm. We have electricity and all other services, including internet!

We've been without running water, lights and services since Sunday morning at 8:25 AM.

There continue to be thousands in the greater New England area who have yet to be restored.

The folks that restored power in my town were from iowa, Michigan and Georgia.

I'm even watching the Red Sox game...

    Thanks goodness.

YAY! First you get the power then you get the woman! Oops ... wrong movie.

Let there be light... and well water! Welcome back to the modern era.

That's a long time to be without any services. Do you filter and/or test your well water?

    Hi Gary,

Our well is deeeep, really really deep, not artesian.

We do test every 24 months out of habit, but we are fortunate to live in an area where the deep wells are fabulous.

Rejoining the current century has made everything much easier to deal with here.

    Thanks. Alan

    Hi Ray,

Doing okay ll things considered. Having a fully functional home makes things much more tolerable.

    Cheers, Alan
