We were stopped in our tracks when cycling past this lovely cottage in Worcestershire.
It's aptly named: "Lovely Cottage".

Is the millstone significant to the building itself, or just an antique?
Having done a bit of research, I've discovered that the original building dates from the early 1600's, but there are 19th and 20th century additions. It is Grade 2 listed and there is a building adjacent which suggests it was certainly of agricultural use.
Given that the "grinding" base is still in evidence beneath the mill stone, probably indicates its former use, rather than mere decoration.

This is Arlington Row, in Bibury, Gloucestershire.
Originally built as a wool store, it was converted to Weaver's Cottages in the 17th Century.
Now Grade 1 listed, it features on many jigsaw and chocolate boxes, and is apparently depicted on the inside cover of British passports (though I wouldn't know, as I don't have one).
There are usually hordes of tourists milling around, as there were when I took this back in 2017 and is one of the most photographed scenes in the UK.

Today I shot these two images of the newly constructed head office of AFAS Software at Leusden/The Netherlands. Obviously there's money in selling software!
The installation art in front of the building is called "You are the World" and is made by Lorenzo Quinn (a son of the famous actor Anthony Quinn).

Wina House Chambres d'hôtes by Andrew Priest, on Flickr

Whilst this chambres d'hôtes just looks, well old (it was built in 1851) the interior photos do tell another story. In hindsight, this may have been a good overnight accommodation choice.
