Arca plate for EM5 with HLD6 attached?

Wonder if anyone out there has an Arca swiss tripod plate solution for an Olympus EM5 + HLD6 grip? (minus the vertical grip/battery pack section). I've previously been using a Really Right Stuff plate, but that will not fit on the camera when the grip is in place and hoping to avoid using a generic plate. I've considered altering my RRS plate, but it would require some grinding and drilling/tapping a new hole mounting hole.

Because the EM5 has a smaller (narrower) bottom surface than many cameras, the generic plates stick out awkwardly. The RRS plate is contoured to the bottom of the camera, and while it sticks out a bit, it is a smooth transition.

The only difference that I see with this plate: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Detachab...90?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item3f290df436 and the RRS one is that the RRS plate has the Arca Swiss mount going all the way along the base.

If you're wanting to use the OEM grip and add a plate, you may have to reconcile yourself to a simple flat plate.

My hope is that it will not stick out from the back of the camera, but should be more than enough to secure my OMD. We'll see!
