Adobe has a free raw converter that can convert E-M5 raw files to dng which aperture 3 should support. Or you can wait for aperture X.

Shoot both RAW and jpeg and import both into Aperture. Apple will have an update shortly to support the OM-D (my best guess at least). Then the raw files will be supported and in the meantime you can look through the jpegs.

AfterShot Pro has had E-M5 support for a while now. Has some really good free plug-ins too.
