Amazing fully functionnal reverse lens hack

    Interesting from a hobby perspective, but not sure how necessary it is really. You can fix the aperture on MFT lenses as it stands for use as macro lenses, reversed or on tubes. I've done it plenty of time on my 20/1.7. Certainly you can't change the aperture once the lens is off, but for the most part you don't need to change aperture all that often for macro work (I normally stay within f/8 and f/11, mostly at f/10). IMO such a hack has limited real-world utility, and you end up destroying a perfectly good lens in the process. To each his/her own I suppose.

    hence why I said that I would wait until I got my hands on a spare lens of some sort :p believe me, I have no plan on doing this with my normal lenses lol.

    However, although it does make the lens ugly, it certainly does not waste it.
