I am having fairly regular problems with Jeffrey Friedl's Lightroom to Flickr plug-in [paid]. I have raised the matter with him previously but I have never got a response so trying here for any ideas.

The basic Lightroom Flickr plug-in works whereas the Jeffrey Friedl's one does not. Pity the LIghtroom one is so basic.

Anyway the error message if anyone has a clue is:

    Screenshot 2015-10-07 21.45.00.

Otherwise are there any alternatives beside the default Lightroom plug-in?

When this has happened in the past it eventually, as in days, corrected itself but I have no idea if that will occur this time.

    Thanks in advance.

What's wrong with the Adobe standard one?

I reads somewhere very recently (sorry, can't remember where) that lots of people were having problems uploading to Flickr by any method recently, and the Yahoo were "looking into it" but unclear about the root cause (which seemed to be at their end). May be relevant, may not be...

I have LR CC and this has a feature called Publishing. Can be found bottom left in Libary module. Hope that helps :)

I've had the same message last night when using the plugin. It took 3 goes to upload 4 images. Would only upload one or two images at a time. I used to use the plugin from Flickr, but had some authentication issues with it, so ended up switching to the Jeffrey friedl plug in.

The built in Flickr plug-in works but it is really lacking in features IMO compared to the Jeffrey Friedl offering.

Thanks. What I find interesting is the the Lightroom standard plug-in works but not the Jeffrey Friedl one. I suspect there is something in the API that Jeffrey's plug-in is having problems with that the Lightroom one does not interact with.

Thanks. At least that provides some indication that the problem is just not my set-up. Hopefully it will be resolved quickly.
