You might have heard that the Midwest has been hit by a blizzard these past couple of days...fortunately after the snow stopped we had a sunny day, and as of about 9pm the world hasn't ended yet!

All with E-P3 and PL25/1.4, ND8 filter + CPL, except for the geese shot which was taken with the SMC Tak 50/1.4 and cropped.

We,too, had a snowstorm on Tuesday, but it's been -20 F in the morning and 14 during the day. I'm not sure a camera is safe in these conditions!

Beautiful photos! We're getting hit right now - high winds, cold and heavy snow.

Nice...and kudos for getting out there, love the way that bike shot turned out. Man that PL25 is soooo useable fully open.

Being from Australia I always found it so surreal to wake up and go for a walk down the Main Street of Revelstoke, BC and find myself in a similar landscape, a winter wonderland. From a photogs perspective I feel it's such a blessing to have 4 very distinct seasons.

Agreed, there's a wonderful variety to the four seasons. Winter has always been my favorite -I'm loving this snow!

I think it's called snow. Comes from God. Pretty cold stuff. We keep our snow up in the mountains where it belongs.

Southern Californian here. It believe they call it "snow." It's urban legend here in tropic-like, palm-tree-clad terrain.

I'm actually a transplanted right-coaster. I miss that white ground cover sometimes.
