How do you turn the AF Assist light off?

I was taking pictures in a Jazz Club last Friday and found the AF Assist light very distracting.

    Which camera are you using?

With the E-M5 (and likely the PENs that offer this feature are similar), in the Custom menu (which must first be enabled), go to [cog]A "AF/MF" menu, then turn off the "AF illuminator"

If it's a newer Pen or the OM-D, it's in the "hidden" menu, under the AF section.

If I'm trying to be stealthy I turn it off.

For the E-M10, it's in cog A, AF/MF, AF Illum. Turn it off and you're good to go.
