I got mine for the em1, but not for the lens yet (still have time to go). If you used a coupon, purchased through an affiliate, or a site like ebates or fatwallet, then you don't get it.

Their reason for me not qualifying is that the 4% rewards are for purchases starting in December and I pre-orderd it on release day which was Sept 10th. However, they were already advertising the 4% rewards on Sept. 10th. and I kept checking their site regularly to see if they were in stock Was I just imagining that or did others see it too?

I've never checked, but it seems that the BBB (aside from broadcasting the situation on Facebook, or threatening to) may be the only recourse you may have to a solution.
I received separate rewards from Adorama: one for the camera body and one for the lens. I received each reward approximately 40 days after Adorama charged my credit card.
The issue is that the rewards are generated automatically and do relate to whether the reward was in place on the date of the order. The staff in the Cs call center can only report on what they see on the screen, however, following your email to me I can assure you that the 4% reward is being generated manually, and I hope you will receive an email containing it, today or tomorrow. Just got my reward. Exactly 40 days from the ship date. :smile: No progress on the olympus rebate though
