    I'm looking for an adapter that can be adjusted for infinity focus. That is, the adapter can move away-from or towards the sensor as necessary.

    I have a Yashica 45mm taken from a donor GSN (which was broken) and I'd like to attach it to the adjustable adapter to set infinity focus.

    Do these adapters exist?

    You're going to need a custom way to mount it, these guys use a cheap c-mount to m4/3 adapetr.

    Did you not remove the focus helicoid and ring as part of the lens when you took apart the GSN? According to those photos, you don't need an adjustable adapter. If you do need something, your best bet is to get a helicoid extension on ebay, but these are probably too long for your needs.

    You could look at something like this ...
    Adapter anylens - micro 4/3 Gfoto -> Adapters ->

    Or if you like fabbing things, get a c-mount adapter off ebay and make a tube to attach the Yashica.

    Edit: I see that the above has been done per the above post. Nice!
