I just picked up a lens (TAMRON 60-300mm F3.8-5.4 SP) and it's fitted with an adaptall to "Olympus" adapter, which I assume is an OM adapter. Can I use that with my existing OM to M43 adapter, or do I need a new adaptall-M43 adapter? I would assume so, but not sure.

It might work fine by just adding your adapter. Usually if there are any issues it would be if the adapters are not quite to spec the error stack up of double adapters might cause it a little issue with focusing on the close or infinity ends. You can certainly give it a try and report back.

I have tried both. In my case I have some Rollei QBM lenses and back in the days had some Tamron lenses that I used with my Rollei, so I had the adapters.
To use these on M43 I got adapters Rollei to M43 and also Adaptall to M43. The direct adapter is a lot tighter, which makes a difference on a bigger lens like my 180 f/2.5.
