Thank you for checking in.

I will be in Acadia National Park between May 14th and May 17th wonder if anyone here can share their favorite photography spots (GPS coordinates will be greatly appreciated).

We will be hiking mostly and driving occasionally.

I have gone through a few travel web pages (such as https://www.google.com/amp/s/loaded...92T3RfZVlqM0l4OUZFSWk3S1Utak9nU3VyeVRDNU9PUGY), 500px and Flickr, but found most of the photos from Acadia lacking wow factor, except for some of the photos of coastline, sunset/sunrise/clouds, galaxy and lighthouse.

I also like photos from the 'Ocean Path Trail".

Am I expecting too much or missing some secret spots of Acadia?

I was really impressed by photos from Denali NP, Banff NP, Yellowstone NP and Grand Canyon NP.

Thank you again.

I saw this too late to help. I hope you found some of the more dramatic stuff on the coast. I was impressed by the rocky places where the waves beat against the rocks. Places like Thunder Hole, Schoodic Point, and Otter Cliff. The cliffs were amazing by moonlight. It has been quite a few decades since I was there, but I recall it being pretty impressive. I even saw a whale from the cliffs by moonlight. Sorry I can't easily put my hands on pictures from the trip of what must be close to 50 years ago.

I hope you had a great trip.
