I couldn't find a thread that was for photos that were of nature but not so naturalistic.

Thanks, hopefully peoples can find contributions! A home for things that e.g. don't quite fall into the Minimalist, Decay or Blurry Photos threads :th_salute:

I like the idea of this thread, so here goes. Not sure if this is abstract enough. Here are two versions. Which works better? View attachment 121383 View attachment 121384
I have a slight preference for the colour version. My (colourblind!) rules of thumb are (1) Does the colour add some spatialization that the B&W lacks? (2) Is there some intrusive piece of colour, e.g. a bit of yellow plastic flotsam on a pebbly beach, that distracts from the whole, ahem, composition?
