    Hi all,

need advise, when i'm setting the IBIS and the press info button there's some kind focal length mm's menu. Usually i adjust this when i'm using 17mm f1.8 (i set it to 18mm) or manual lenses so that the IBIS can worked. But what If i'm using Zuiko 40-150mm at the maximum zoom, should i change it too?

    Regards,

    Reza.Travilla

  2. The focal length only needs to be set for lenses that don't communicate with the body. Any Micro Four Thirds lens with electronic contacts and any adapted Four Thirds lens don't need the focal length to be set.

you only adjust the focal lens in the ibis menu when you use adapted lens not the native lens.

The manual setting is only effective for non-m43/43 lenses. So, you dont need to change anything for your Zuiko zoom lense, or your M.Zuiko 17mm for that matter.
