A View from the wheel by scm-photography, on Flickr

I`ve lived in Brighton all my life and recently a 200ft ferris wheel was put up, so it was great to see the city and pier from a different perspective. Taken with a GF1 and 14-45mm.

  2. Very cool shot.

So...possibly a dumb question from an antipodean...what's inside the Brighton Pier? Is it an amusement park?

Thank you :). Basically yes. At the far end its just rides and fast food booths and a pub. Half way are gift shops, couple of cafes and fairground type stalls. then the large enclosed section is fruit machines and arcade games. Was great in the 80`s :D.

Nice. Let's have some more please. You must have pointed the camera in other directions while up there.
