I do not know what it is but could it bee some kind of Tortricidae.

Type of robberfly by the looks, but also a very dead one !! The antenna doesn't seem like a robberfly though.

Shield bug. Lumix GX80, O60mm, Raynox 250 and a pair of auto-tubes. My wife says the photo makes it look large

Okay, I think this is a caddis fly of some sort - from the order Trichoptera. I do not know what exact species though as I do not know where Olympist hangs his hat.....
