The 14 worked well at the Santa Clara county fair.

No place better for a junk food junky.

The food theme applied to the livestock lounge as well. After all, Thanksgiving is just a few short months away.

You have to pity the poor piggies for being so tasty, but yummmm... bacon.

This ride was for the big kids. Nancy and I decided to pass.

I worked the carnivals in my youth, so I was too informed to play the games. But they were fun to watch.

Nice pics anyway! I just ordered the 14 2.5. Feels like a terrific lens!

Thanks, Morten. I shot it in RAW, which I think improved the results. And the large animal shots were taken at iso1250, which is something I wouldn't have attempted with jpegs.

I hope you enjoy it. It doesn't have the same acuity as my 20/1.7, but the FOV pairs nicely with my 45/1.8. I'll probably end up carrying all 3 lenses.

Nice! Our fair is in September and I'm looking forward to using the 14mm this year.

I like your images Frank. I really like your processing style.

The 14 is a super lens. I keep mine even though I also have the 12mm 2.0 Zuiko. I actually prefer the 14.

Great shots,I love my 14mm and send thanks to Amin daily for his heads up.
One point I would like to make that I think sometimes the vignette is a little too heavy on your shots. All down to taste I guess.
    Thanks for showing.

Thanks for the feedback. It made me look at my post with fresh eyes. I like vignettes, but get a little heavy handed at times.
