Has anyone tried the MCON adapters with the 75-300mm or the 12-50mm lenses? Can you please post sample images? Thank you.

I would be interested in this as well. Wondering if I should pick up an MCON-P02 for use with the 45mm. There are some samples in this forum you can find in a search, but not a lot.

The alternative for me is to save for the 60mm macro.

Both have filter sizes too large for the MCON-P02, and the MCON-P01 has bayonet mount for specific lenses, only.

However, there are many similar achromat closeup filters from Canon, Sony, Marumi, etc.

ok, given I am using the same close up filter with the right filter size or step up ring size, which of the 3 will give me the closest view, the 12-50, 40-150 or 75-300?

Thanks SV. This helps in some way. 75-300 is 1.24x eFL 158mm and 12-50 is .98x eFL 43.5mm

In general, close-up lenses work best on 100mm+ and extension tubes for shorter lenses.
