Hey guys I thought that for this challenge would go with something more open to an interpretation rather than a solid type of photography, like landscape, portratis, etc.
I know this might be harder for me to judge, BUT since im starting this challenge ill start with the first image for you to see the "type" of images im looking forward to!. basically photos of "looking up". We usually shoot anything thats in front-back of our camera. but theres also an up and down of us if we want a different perspective. and this time im looking for your "looking up" photos...lets see what youve got.....this should be fun not hard or overthinked shots... or any super conceptual images that need a paragraph of explanation to understand...simple. hope this makes sense....have fun! :2thumbs:

    72 Hour Challenge Rules
As the title suggests, each challenge lasts for 72-Hours. Everyone gets to submit 2 photos in line with the chosen theme. The winner of the previous challenge gets to choose the new theme (topics can be anything under the sun) and serves as the judge for his/her 72-hour challenge.

For obvious purposes, the judge is disqualified from participating in his/her own 72-hour challenge. Instead, he/she should post up to 2 photos as examples to start out the challenge. Should the winner not be able to commit to being the next judge, the responsibility is passed on to the runner-up.

At the end of the 72-hours (we don't have to be strict about 72-hours, especially with time differences depending on where you are on the globe), the judge will name a blue ribbon winner, a runner-up, and 1 honorable mention. As we all know, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. We may not all agree with the chosen winners; the judge is encouraged (but not required) to state what criteria he used to decide on a winner.

To make sure we don't break any Mu43 rules/regulations, by participating in this thread you are allowing the judge to repost your image for the sole purpose of announcing the winners for "Your Best Shot: A 72-hour Blue Ribbon challenge."

This is exciting, I actually have some photos for this one ^_^ (my first 72 hour challenge!).

    Melbourne Central in Victoria, Australia.
For my whole child hood, I'd know I was in the city when I saw this cone. It was designed by Architect Kisho Kurakawa, and fully encases the Shot tower (previously, lead drops were dropped from the top of the tower to the water bath down below, forming the "shots").

Here is a picture I took last week with my Panasonic g2 and adapted 135mm canon fd lens. Happy with the result considering it was the first shot I had ever taken of the moon where it had some detail. Hope you like it
