DxO does not have the same controls so I guess I have to figure out how to do it in DxO or see if it is even necessary.
I will have to compare your entry with what I get from DxO to see what the difference is.

I'll try to show how I do it in DxO PL4, but maybe not tonight.
It's basically just a normal DxO Viewpoint correction, squashed vertically:

Edit: I did the squish in my image editor of choice, Gimp. I didn't see a way to do it inside DxO.

Edit 2: never mind. I found it in the advanced settings section of Viewpoint:

Now I will have to play with that control so I can learn how to use it.
Luckily I bought the complete package of DxO so I have both Filmpack and Viewpoint.
