I have some stuff on ADrive for about a year and it seems OK. You can't use it for embedding images though as I've tried. Anything over 200Mb will fail upload at the last few seconds.

The desktop client is only available for the paid version too.

The best free one IMHO is Microsoft's Skydrive which gives you 25Gb storage, you can hotlink and embed images, 50Mb attachment limit and the desktop client Gladinet. There are also direct uploads abailable from Windows desktop client

Nothing wrong with ADrive, it's just not very handy for photographers.
