got the EC-14 the other day to all intends and purposes `BNIB. on static shots on the omd1-mkii (updated firmware) its fine and sharp .however trying it on b.i.f I am finding that most images appear soft . the bare lens is razor sharp and I had been led to believe that with the t.c fitted there wouldn't be any noticeable difference . any ideas as I don't really want to reject it .. would a MA help or just muddle things up. any other settings that need changing in camera feeling a bit peed off at the moment. two pic below both cropped to around the same amount the one over water is bare lens the one over grass is with the ec-14

I just posed this in the 50-200 SWD thread ......
Lens plus 1.4 TC

It is also quite a bit of a crop (square for Instagram use, I was too lazy to make another version ..................

Just a tad behind the 300mm f4 Pro in terms of sharpness
