45-200mm as close up, blown out background

    used my 45-200mm lens today for close ups. Try using it at full zoom, 200mm and you'll get a great bokeh, totally blows out the background.. I like it at least :) Some chromatic aberration issuess, but if there was a lens profile made for it in lightroom then that would solve that.

    Wow! I've got some tulips out front, I'll have to try that this afternoon!
    So is chromatic aberration the "shifted" edge on the top of the second flower and bottom right of the first?

    Yup, that would be what it is, should be an easy fix though, and these are full, non cropped images. Thanks!

    Thank you Leesound, btw I just noticed that my lens firmware was only at 1.0, have since updated it to 1.2.. looking forward to seeing if there is any difference come tomorrow

    It amazes me how close m43 lenses focus. I'm sure there's a technical reason why this is so, but I just consider it another advantage of m43.
