While doing a bit of eBay window-shopping today, I came across this :43: 3D stereo lens:
    lor_9005_generic.
    Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XTi    ---    44mm    f/14.0    1/160s    ISO 1600

It seems similar in concept to the Panasonic 3D lens, although this one is significantly larger and apparently will work with ANY :43: body (not just certain Panasonics as with the Panny lens). I would guess (although I'm definitely no 3D expert) that the larger distance between the two lenses (which appears to be much closer to the distance between ones eyeballs) would allow this to create a more exaggerated sense of depth as compared to the Panny.

I'm no where near curious enough about this thing to plunk down close to US$200 to check it out, but I wonder if any other forum mavens may have any experiences with this thing they care to share.
