2015 camera statistics.

    There's another thread on this. One conclusion was that Flikr is very inconsistent in what it calls mirror less. Some are classified ad compacts and others as DSLRs.

    Flickr was very responsive in getting the classifications fixed. Most, if not all, of the mirrorless cameras are designated correctly now.

    They have not, however, rerun the statistics. They claim that there would be little to no change. They won't show the raw data though, so there is no way to verify.

    I don't think there would be much change in the numbers. When you realize that mobile phone cameras are in the hundreds of millions, which several Apple devices are, mirrorless just can't come close to those numbers. Olympus alone only has the e-m5 with over 10 million. The mobile numbers are just too huge.
