Simon, very nice photographic intro with your GF1! Dramatic scenes and wonderful textures - that first of yours, in particular, is a serious winner! They are all very nice, it just happens to be my favorite. Well done!

That is indeed a nice series! Dark, moody and certainly making curious to what your GF-1 will produce next... Nice!

Very nice work. Another camera in the hands of someone who already knew how to use one!

I like the first one in B&W, but wonder if the others are better in color ...

Thanks everyone. The GF-1 will take a little getting used to but I already feel at home with the 20mm.

~tc~ it was a woefully dull day and although they worked in colour [mostly blue giving them a cold feeling] the mono made them a touch more powerful to my [subjective] eye. Low Tide 01 was particularly tough since the sky was grey and totally featureless [in RAW] before a considerable amount of work brought out some detail.

Nice. I can feel the texture of that anchor and chain.

Another of the first from the camera:

and, although it shouldn't really be here I thought it would be easier to contrast & compare:

    Simon,
I think the Black and White is a more powerful image.
