Comes with front and rear caps and hood. Excellent condition. Glass is extremely clean. I recently bought this and the 70-300mm in a package deal with an E-30. The camera had less than 600 shutter actuations, just to show how little used these lenses were.

Original owner. Shutter count of 19434. Comes with body cap, USB cable, composite video cable, 4GB ADATA CF card, original neck strap, hot shoe cover, eye-piece blackout cover, English manual, warranty card (though warranty is expired), battery, plastic battery cap, and battery charger. I sent this camera in to Olympus November, 2010 to repair its focus. I can email a pdf copy of the repair receipt. There have been no focus issues since then. Everything works great.

I'm the second owner. Shutter count of 10504. Comes with body cap, USB cable, 2GB Sandisk Ultra II CF card, original neck strap, hot shoe cover (pressure arms broken but cover still functional), battery, and battery charger. The memory card door has two plastic snaps to hold the door shut. One of those is broken but the other holds the door shut just fine. Also, the plastic prong that depresses the open-door sensor is broken. I just wedged a small piece of pencil eraser into that spot to always have the camera detect the door being shut. I removed it, though, for the pictures and to get the shutter count. Otherwise, everything works great.
