Got mine. Just waiting for the "on its way" conformation email. Selling all my nikon gear and going with Olympus. Just picked up a refurb EM-5 and now the 12-40. Selling my 12 f2 if anyone is interested.

and don't forget that when they have the black friday sale, call them and ask for the discount to be applied on your already purchased lens. They have done this for me in the past. You should get another 20% off!!!

Someone here recently recommended this program for monitoring changes to the Olympus refurb lenses page, or any page(s):

By the way, after several failed attempts, I did recently manage to acquire a refurbished 12-40, and it's a great lens. I have to say, though, that the size and weight provide a disincentive to carry my camera (E-M5) around much of the time. I find myself missing my small and light Panasonic 12-32, which I sold to help finance the 12-40. I'm thinking of buying another 12-32, but then I wonder if I can justify to myself spending the money on two zoom lenses that cover a similar range. Oh, the indecision...

That's what I thought! I'm looking for a cheap kit lens. I don't know which one to buy. The 12-32mm seems great, but I can't buy it now because of money. haha

I agree the 12-40 size is a hindrance. I'd dump it if it wasn't blindingly sharp.

There is always the 12-35 to consider.
