It is a poorly written ad - but I doubt the intention is to mislead. The numbers are clear.

$2000, less your part exchange value, less an extra $300 because you part exchanged something.

The whole point of an advert is to get your attention. This one gets you reaching for an abacus.

The camera is two grand.
It is $2999.99 minus $1000 holiday savings technically. Wonder if that means after the holiday the price goes back up $1000? That certainly wouldn't be a great idea, but then again, Olympus won't care at that point. :laugh:

Does anyone have a direct link to using the trade in program with this ? Oly emails me all the time but didn't get this one. Can see the ad copy for the trade in but no way to apply it.

yeah, the Getolympus website is where I wasn't able to get it. Hence the link request.

3clicking the part bout the bonus just takes me to the product description with the "Add To Cart" button, along with the mention about the trade in, but no way to apply it. even after its in the cart.
