Minolta Rokkor MD lens overexposure glows

Yep 45mm f2.0 is a lot better at wide open, I shoot it all the time and it is pretty sharp. My 50mm F1.7 is extremely soft even at f4.0 (as compared to my 45mm), so I just stoop using that lens

    Oly 45mm alternative...

I completely agree, I have both Minolta 50mm f1.7 and 45mm F2 and the 45mm is so much sharper wide open. I stop using the 50mm because it was so soft.

My Minolta Lenses, The 45mm f2 is beat up but works and takes very good picture even at f2. Very happy with that. The 50mm f1.7 is very soft, so I dont use it very much. Im looking for a cheap 135mm f2.8 now  Big thanks to my friend for giving me these!! "500" height="375"/>

    20mm 1.7 not available anywhere?

i bought the 20mm 6 months ago for $350 on Amazon, after missing out on the $330 deal (it was so brief, like a day). but looking back it was still a good move  I am sure it will go down again, but how long will that take? 350-330 is a good price range for this lens.
