    A-list for native primes ?

    Voigtlander if you can bear with MF. It renders beautifully and is an enjoyable experience using a cream of the crop build quality lens. But if you're going AF and money is no issue...I'd go PL 12 f1.4 and PL 42.5 f1.2.

    im loving the voigtlander lenses. i loved the 25 and i love the 17.5 even more. some may say that the weight and no auto focus may be a bad thing but from my experience...i've had no complaints about them whatsoever!

    thanks for the reply. hmmm that is interesting. i do own the 45 and i was thinking of upgrading my portrait lens but if what you say is true, then maybe i should look into getting a wide lens instead. Other Nocticron owners agree with pdk42's comment?
