    Is it worth upgrading?

    According to 43rumors.com the EVF of the E-M10 Mark II is smaller: 1.23x magnification. E-M1 and E-M5 Mark II have a 1.44x magnification. But still its a bit bigger than the original E-M5/10...

    olympus 45mm or sigma 60mm

    Its not only dof. My concern is iso too. You will loose 1 1/3 stop... For indoor work you'll regret. At least if you want to work without flash. And sharpness is way less important than good bokeh/dof for portraits.

    on the e-m5 mark 1 its not possible to choose between ois and ibis. on newer oly bodies you can choose. but on the e-m5 you have to use ibis...

    olympus 45mm or sigma 60mm

    beware: 40mm 2.8 on the 12-40 is by no means 45mm 1.8 and the Sigma 60mm is way longer...

    Travel kit?

    The travel kit i use on the E-M5 II is Oly 9-18, Oly 17/1.8 and Oly 45/1.8. With these lenses i normally don't miss any other lens. For low-light i carry the PL 25/1.4 along. If i had your lenses id take the fisheye, the 15/1.7 and the 45/1.8...

    New OMD-EM5 II

    ISO is on one dial if you switch the camera in mode 2. WB on the second dial. But if you don't want to use the switch, there is the possibility to assign ISO to a fn-button.
